Evolution of the dosing unit

Dosing stations and mixers are essentially the components in which our inventions are rooted. It is for this reason that considerable emphasis was placed on quality right from the start and only elements of the highest standards are employed. SERA metering pumps and metrological technology built by Endress + Hauser are accordingly well represented on the following pages.

LoehrleinSystemtechnik Dosing V0

First metering station at the "Testing Centre Hann. Münden".

LoehrleinSystemtechnik Dosing Station V1.0

The first dosing station for a 12 kt/a installation originally included
all the other material handling technology as well as the dosing pumps.

The first dosing unit took the form of a front extension. When bigger pumps were employed, a "dosing table" was introduced. In addition, the feed pumps, which fitted quite well into the dosing area of the smaller installations, were moved nearer to the tank.

LoehrleinSystemtechnik Dosing RO

Dosing station of a plant
in Romania.

LoehrleinSystemtechnik Dosing E

Dream in bluish-grey for an installation in Spain.

LoehrleinSystemtechnik Dosing NL

Metering station of a plant in
the Netherlands.

All installations are conceived and tailor-made to customers' own needs and specifications. The following requirements can be met: single and two-fold transesterification, system redundancy of the pumps belonging to the relevant station, single or multi-string transesterification plants. 10 - 120 kt/a per string.
